Three Pomeranians

I have enjoyed readimng “Rescuing Sprite”, although it did take me awhile to read it, as I get too emotional where animals are concerned. I have three Pomeranians, two we bought from breeders, and the third is a rescue. The rescue is the smartest, most loveable dog ever, it seems as if he knows, and is ever grateful that he has a permanent home.
We love them all and will have them until the end of their natural lives.

Kato Kalin

Meet Kato Kalin, the house guest that wouldn’t leave. Kato appeared in our yard, laying in the sprinkler on a hot August day in 1994, hence the O.J. case name.. She had a collar, but no tags, so we posted photos all around our neighborhood, hoping the owner would see them. Within one day every photo had disappeared. Kato was with us for the next 13 years. A better friend my wife and I never had, and we miss her terribly, and we are better people for having had her with us. If only people were as good as doge, this would be a wonderful world.

Fluffy

We lost the most special dog I have ever known “Fluffy”. She was the mother to every one in the house Cats Dogs and Birds. She loved everyone and I miss her terribly.

Lonely Dog

I have a male basset hound, large for his breed who has the sweetest disposition of any dog I\’ve ever owned. He recently lost his companion Beagle female, his mommy, to old age.  He is going through a lonely period and looks for her daily.  They were together his entire life, he\’s 8 years old this year.  We have thought about adopting another Basset from the rescue league but are having doubts.  We don\’t want him to get anxious about having another dog introduced to the family but we are also concerned about him being lonely when we are at work.  Has anyone out there dealt with this issue before and if so have any advice? Thanks

Gigi, Cody & Emilee

Hi Mark,
Just want to share with you the joy all of our dogs give us..We’ve been going through some tough times lately, and these dogs give me so much unconditional love…I just love them to pieces…they’re just always there to cuddle up to…..these animals know when a person is hurting…..I just know they do. My husband is reading your book on Sprite…I can’t bring myself to reading it just yet because I can’t handle the thought of my dogs ever dying……Thanks again for being on the radio every day…although you scare me into the truth about what’s happening to our country….I’m glad you’re out there for us citizens, spreading the truth and educating us daily.
Take Care,
Lisa from CA
