Harry

We adopted our greyhound, Harry, 9 years ago after a 2 year career on the racetrack.  Everyone who saw Harry was taken by his beauty.  We loved him for his patience with our other 2 dogs, his quiet kindness with us and others.  He loved going for rides in the car and his large soft pillow bed.  When the vet told us he had bone cancer, we were devastated.  Because of his age, amputation  wasn’t advised, so we gave him pain meds as long as we could before the meds stopped working. We said good-bye to him 3 weeks ago.  He was a beloved soul and was our best friend.
