Hello Mark,

We lost Zach, our 14 year old golden retriever, a few months ago. He had slowed down in recent months but enjoyed his life with us to the last.

I didn’t want a new dog just now but when our daughter returned home for a visit form the UK where she is living, she took mom to the Humane Society to look. The next day they took me to fetch.

Here is our Sprite, named in honor of your Sprite, a totally appropriate name for this little bundle of joy and energy.

We struggled over a name for a couple of days until Peggy picked up the copy of Rescuing Sprite that I gave her some time ago.

So Mark, thanks for Sprite, 2 and a half months old in this picture and already our best friend.
