Hi, Mark –

Greetings from the Left Coast! I am so thankful that you are now on KSFO in the afternoons right after your boy Sean. It may be a cliché, but you both are GREAT AMERICANS! Thanks for you all you do in the name of freedom, our troops around the globe and the American way.

My wife Kim & I have two pooches: “Baloo”, a 12-year old Flat-Coat Retriever, and “Cosmo,” our 2 ½ year old Bernese Mountain Dog (whattup, Hannity!). After a long and full life, we had to put down our Golden Retriever “Bogey” about two years ago. As you can imagine, it was a very traumatic experience for us, but it was just his time to go.

On a happier note, next month we are finally taking Cosmo to the snow (Tahoe) so he can get in touch with his “inner Switzerland.” Unlike Baloo, who absolutely loves swimming in the ocean, Cosmo doesn’t much like the water….hopefully he’s amicable toward the frozen kind! I mean, what kind of Berner would he be if he weren’t?
