I am reading your amazing book now but with a heavy heart. Our beloved rott, Hercules, is in trouble. His hips are bad with arthritis and in Wisconsin the weather changes sooo fast that he is on medication all the time but the problem now is that he has a tumor on his paw and to remove it would be mean the paw would be removed and he would not recover from this.

The vet thinks he has other tumors elsewhere and because of his age ten years old and the arthritis he would not survive the recovery of surgery. We have decided to keep him comfortable and we know he will tell us when it is time. I can’t begin to imagine our house without him. Thanks again, for the wonderful book.
