I have a hartwarming (and a tear-jerker) story about my first Silky Terrier, “Bud.”
A dear friend constructerd a web site that tells a summary of my Bud’s story: http://www.goodolddogs.com/mybud.html

I hope you have time to visit the web page and read Bud’s story. Bud was an incredibal dog and was well known by many people around the State of Alaska.

There is also a link on that site to my “Kenny Lake Dogpak” web site too.

I am now retired and as a retirement hobby, I now show my Silky Terriers in AKC Conformation shows.

As I travel throughout Alaska, Canada, and the “Lower 48” States to dog shows, I also keep active in “All Breed” and the Silky Terrier Club of America Rescue.

I am looking forward to reading your book on Rescuing Sprite.

I too, have several stories about my dogs and the profound effect they have had on my life.

My goal in life is to try to be the kind of person my dogs think I am.

Thank you for all you do to spread the “right side” of the news and for your support of our men & women in the armed forces.
