I Love Both Of Them

My sons at different times brought me two stray cats. That was over 7 years ago. Sable was first. She was about 6 weeks old, coal black, her ears and tail the biggest things about her, and starving! Well, being the good Mom that I am, I fed her. Coal black, she’s now a 17lb beauty, queen of the house. A short time after that another scrap of a kitten arrived. Tiger is a gorgeous orange and white neutered male..about 12lbs. He was raised with a litter of kittens and black lab pups, and most of the time he thinks he’s a dog. He’s the most affectionate cat I’ve ever seen. I love both of them.

My Doggie Is Named “Souffle”

My doggie is named “Souffle”. She is a little “papillon” and is my best friend. I moved to Valencia, Spain about 2 years ago and brought her with me. If it wasn’t for Souffle I don’t think I could have made it here, in this foreign country. Look, I love Mark Levin, We listen to him every day. All the USA radio stations block foreign IPs, the only american show I can listen to is Mark, via his audio archives. It would mean alot to us (me and Souffle) if you would acknowledge our existence, maybe send us Mark’s book ;)

I could tell you a 100 stories about me and Souffle…. But I’ll just tell you that my doggy is my best friend and without her, I couldn’t make it out here in socialist Europe. Again, let me just say what a huge fan I am of Mark Levin. I’m listening every day… I hope you let me know that you appreciate me and my doggy although we are just a small part of your audience.. thanks for everything that you do. God bless..

McCavity

This is my beloved McCavity. I rescued him as a shy, intimidated, withdrawn kitty with little hope. He now is the most loved, social, happy cat I have ever known. He blesses me everyday with his adouring company.

Here’s Cosmo.

I saved him from the local animal hospital when he was about 7 weeks. That was roughly 10 years ago. He’s absolutely the coolest cat ever to live on Earth. He follows me around like a dog from room to room and gets a bath every day. He’s a big boy at about 17 pounds and gets a bath every day, being a water lover and sleeps at my side as well.

Odes to my dearest little pal

It’s hard to encapsulate the love that my most beloved, and absolutely cherished, and completely adored Tootsie Roll Turk shared in a story, for our intense bond grew through a history that went on for nearly 16 years running.

We met on May 2nd, 1990, and it wasn’t long until the nicknames and vernacular between us began to evolve….the following snippets are verbal snapshots of our very deep bond. It’s been 573 days since we parted now, and I scarcely think of anything else, still….

*”Hey there Turkabilly, (rhythmic pause), Turkabilly, (rhythmic pause), Turkabilly, (rhythmic pause), Turkabilly Circus, you’re so cute!!”

*(I would take his handsome face gently in one hand and look deeply into his eyes to convey my love for him in no uncertain terms. He reciprocated, without fail; not even once.)

*When I would go outside with Bud sometimes in the driveway, I would walk up to my car, and he would walk up to a certain point, and just keep his eyes fixed on me, and I would look back into his eyes with great love and affection, and it was like a cool still moment that we held for extended periods of time, just because….

* “Turkeybowl, uh TurkeyBOWWWWWWWWWWWLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL!!”

*”Where’s da ball? Where’s da ball?!” (Then I’d do a few fake kicks at the tennis court, and then I’d kick the tennis ball, and he’d haul as fast as he could after it, and bring it back, and we’d do this until he got tired, at which point I’d kick the ball and he’d just look at me with those handsome eyes of his as if to say “you’ve got to be kidding me!!” What a joy he brought to my life!)
